In class today we looked at how to represent decimals in different forms.

Today we recapped the larger place values and reviewed the place values to the hundredths place. We will come back later in the year to complete the different types of numbers.

Our lesson today focused on rounding. We learned this skill in 4th grade and are now learning how to apply it to decimals to the thousandths place.

Today we continued with comparing and ordering decimals. Remember to use your finger or pencil to cover and compare each place value.

Today’s mini-lesson reviewed how to compete and order decimals (Skill 1). Our warm up included math fact fluency.
